Cold War Collection

2010 marked the 30th anniversary of the monumental Gdansk Agreement, which established Poland's Solidarity Movement as the first independent trade union in an Eastern Bloc Soviet country.

In honor of this historic anniversary, a special Cold War collection featuring "Ronald Reagan: Rendezvous with Destiny" and "Nine Days that Changed the World" is available. In both documentaries, Speaker Newt Gingrich and Ambassador Callista L. Gingrich highlight the role of President Ronald Reagan and Pope John Paul II in ending the Cold War and empowering citizens across the world to achieve freedom.
